This course explores current scientifically-based information about health and wellness issues relevant to the college student. 的 course introduces health education content specifically confronting college-age adults, 包括:身心健康, 睡眠, 饮食和营养, 以及复原力模型. In this introductory course, students will explore the medium of digital photography.
